The following individuals were indicted following a session of the Putnam County Grand Jury Wednesday.

Angela Ankney, 41, 11636 Huber Road, Sherwood; tampering with evidence and driving under suspension.

Eli M. Schroeder, 21, 319 North St., Lima; failure to comply, tampering with evidence, OVI and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).

Brian Earles, Jr., 33, 186 Washington Ave., London; non-support.

Abel Alafa, 45, 212 N. Belmore St., Leipsic; non-support.

William G. Decker, 43, 924 Burch Ave., Lima; non-support.

Todd F. Oler, 33, 10976 Road Z, Columbus Grove; non-support.

Jessy D. Layton, 34, Orient; violating a protection order and intimidation of a witness.

Teresa M. Dear, 23, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. B7, Columbus Grove; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and illegal use or possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.

Casey L. Landers, 30, 8640 W. State Road, Elida; four counts possession of drugs and illegal conveyance.

Kendric D. Thomas, 31, 629 E. Washington St., Napoleon; possession of drugs.

Hillary E. Shearer, 32, 1001, N. Defiance St., Apt. 4B, Ottawa; possession of drugs and aggravated possession of drugs.

James J. Paugh, 28, 336 W. Patterson St., Dunkirk; possession of drugs and aggravated possession of drugs.

Andrew M. Grote, 19, 243 S. Canal St., Ottoville; aggravated possession of drugs.

Dec. 10

Joseph L. Wiswell, 35, 421 W. Baldwin Ave., Paulding, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (methamphetamines). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. Jan. 25, 2019.

Dec. 12

Sebastian Rodriguez, 30, 148 Hall St., Tiffin, was found in contempt of child support in total arrears of $3,296.96, as of Oct. 31. A sentencing hearing on the matter was set for 9:30 a.m. Feb. 14, 2019.

Huntington National Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Cody E. Coleman, Melrose, in the amount of $91,564.63, plus interest and costs.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Dec. 6

Yvonne D. Cooker, 33, 521 E. Fourth St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of menacing. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $150 fine, and complete mental health assessment.

Jatniel E. Ramirez, 21, 717 Tile County St., Ottawa pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine. He also was fined $150 for drug paraphernalia.

Eduardo G. Hernandez-Nater, 22, 862 W. Bigelow Ave., Apt. E10, Findlay, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He was also fined $150 for drug paraphernalia.

Justus C. Guerrero, 20, 5636 Poling Road, Elida, pleaded guilty to illegal distribution of cigarettes. Sentence: $100 fine.

Dec. 10

Trevor M. Harshman, 29, 402 S. Sixth St., Continental, pleaded no contest to drug possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He also was fined $150 for drug paraphernalia.

Amanda M. Hiegel, 31, 509 W. Main St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, pay restitution of $75, no contact with victim for one year.

Danielle Hiegel, 28, 325 S. Poplar St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, pay restitution of $75, no contact with victim for one year.

Randy A. Hermiller, 37, 8629, County Road J6, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $250 fine, complete mental health assessment and complete batterer’s treatment program.

Antonio L. Reaves, 29, 818 Rice Ave., Lima, pleaded no contest to license forfeiture and was found guilty. Sentence: $250 fine. He was also fined $50 for failure to maintain control.

Dec. 11

Charles R. Daniels, 39, 111 N. Lind St., Deshler, pleaded no contest to failure to control. Sentence: $150 fine. He also pleaded no contest to stopping after accident and was found not guilty.
