Defendants sentenced in Allen County courtrooms


LIMA — The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Hunter Gessel, 21, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation with a referral to the W.O.R.T.H. Center on charges of aggravated possession of drugs and burglary.

Russel Bodine, 76, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation and 60 days in the county jail on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was also fined $1,350.

Ricky Ward II, 34, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on a charge of domestic violence.

Javon Green, 23, of Lima, was sentenced to four years in prison on a charge of burglary. He was ordered to make restitution in the amount of $2,000.

Kyle Johnson, 26, of Caldwell, was sentenced to six months in prison on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Douglas Fuller Jr., 39, of Toledo, was sentenced to three years on probation for non-support of dependents. He was ordered to make restitution to the victim in the amount of $41,509.

Erica Benjamin, 24, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of receiving stolen property.

Tawnya Reinsel, 35, of Ada, was sentenced to 24 months in prison on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Jerry Liles, 60, of Lima, was sentenced to two years of probation on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Jason Sevitz, 37, of Delphos, was sentenced to a suspended 180-day jail term on a misdemeanor charge of failure to comply with the order of a police officer.

Brian Wilson, 36, of Lima, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Spencer Stevens, 27, of Harrod, was sentenced to three years of probation on charges of felonious assault and two counts of domestic violence. He was referred to the W.O.R.T.H. Center.
