VAN WERT — A discussed titled “My Son is Gay” will be from from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, at Lifetree Cafe, the Bachwell Center, 115 N. Washington St.
The discussion will feature a filmed interview with a couple who faced challenges from family, friends and church after their college-aged son announced he was gay. The event is free.

“My Son Is Gay” Film Shown at Lifetree
A couple’s journey with their son’s announced homosexuality will be examined at Lifetree Café on Wednesday, December 12 from 6:30-7:30pm.
This Lifetree event features filmed interviews with a couple who faced various challenges from family, friends, and church after their college-aged son announced his gay lifestyle.
According to Lifetree Café representative Craig Cable, “This is one family’s story of a situation with all sorts of questions and consequences. We’ll have a chance to talk about family, faith, values, and love.”
Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Lifetree Café is located at the Bachwell Center, 116 N. Washington Street, Van Wert, OH. Please enter on Court Street and park behind the Courthouse.
