Mark J. Yonge, Jr., 39, 909 Holgate Ave., Defiance, was sentenced to 150 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. He was given credit for 86 days served and he was placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. Yonge was originally convicted of felony non-support.
Randy L. Boden, Gilboa, and Iva J. Boden, Alvada, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 15, 2015 and have no children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions
Juan L. Rocha, 36, 25 Vine St., Apt. 14, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to OVI second-offense. Sentence: 180 days jail, 60 days suspended, $1,000 fine, $250 suspended, and five-year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. He also fined $250 for non-compliance suspension. Charges of OVI with refusal, failure to control and speeding were dismissed.
Tyler L. Selhorst, 21, 334 N. Main St., #10, Bowling Green, pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. A charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed.
Evan J. Ramsay, 26, 1577 E. Covert Road, Leslie, Mich., pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, and complete batterer’s intervention program.
Tye Norts, 54, 1741 Talbot St., Toledo, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP, and complete drug and alcohol assessment.
