Defendants sentenced in Allen County court


The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Raven Nance, 21, of Lima, was sentenced to 180 days in the county jail on a misdemeanor count of domestic violence. The judge suspended 150 days of the sentence.

Tyler Lee, 21, of Lima, was sentenced to four years on probation for failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and aggravated assault.

Amanda Esquivel Rodriguez, 33, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of perjury.

Charles Roberts III, 61, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $600 on charges of possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs.

Jesse Hardy, 58, of Lima, was sentenced to 30 months in prison on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs of abuse. His driver’s license was suspended for five years.

Kristin McDaniel, 36, of Wapakoneta, as sentenced to two years on probation and 40 hours of community service on a charge of tampering with evidence.

Trenton Holloway, 28, Lima, was sentenced to 60 days in the county jail on a charge of domestic violence.

Cory Royster, 24, in care of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for the possession of heroin.
