Nov. 2

Brian L. Fuerst, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Sara H. Fuerst, Ottawa. They were married Oct. 8, 2011 and have two children.

Nov. 5

Londa S. Wilson, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Scott Wilson, Battle Creek, Mich. They were married Aug. 2, 1986 in Van Wert and have no minor children.

Nov. 6

Lynn M. Edinger, Fort Jennings, was granted a divorce from Kevin D. Edinger, Fort Jennings. They were married July 7, 2015 in Louis Lake, Wyoming and have no children.

Nov. 8

Megan E. Schnipke, 32, 501 W. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove was found guilty of forgery and gross patient neglect following a jury trial. Sentencing was scheduled for 10 a.m. Jan. 4. Schnipke was found not guilty of patient neglect.

Schnipke, along with Rachel R. Friesel, 37, of Pandora, and Destini M. Fenbert, 20, of Pandora, were charged in connection to the death of 76-year-old Phyllis J. Campbell on Jan. 7 at Hilty Memorial Nursing Home. Friesel and Fenbert were sentenced to 60-days jail on charges of forgery and gross patient neglect.

According to the Ohio Department of Health, Campbell was a resident of the memory care unit at Hilty. At 12:35 a.m. Jan. 7, Campbell wandered through a propped-open door to the dining room and left the facility through a door to the courtyard.

Nov. 5

Troy M. Csomos, 20, 7848 Road E, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to underage alcohol consumption. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, complete alcohol/drug assessment, and perform 60 hours community service. Another charge of underage consumption was dismissed.

Richard J. Landwehr, 47, 2652 Road 193, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Another charge of OVI was dismissed.

Abel L. Flores, 45, 1201 Hopkins St., Defiance, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, two-year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of open container, drug abuse/possession, drug paraphernalia, and OVI with refusal were dismissed.

Salvador Pena Jr., 39, 563 S. Oak St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator’s license. Sentence: $100 fine.

Hakiem R. Hunt, 35, 3114 Cambridge St., Toledo, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine.

Nov. 6

Jacob Diemer, 20, 10436 Road 17J, Apt. 5, Kalida, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension.

Cody D. Flores, 21, 364 E. Main St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine.

Heather Blair, 41, 530 E. Kibby St., Lima, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: $100 fine. She was also ordered to pay costs for tail lights.

Nov. 7

Damon M. Keeran, 23, 27959 Road M, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of domestic violence was dismissed.

Melissa R. Welch, 48, 202 N. Elizabeth St, Apt. 806, Lima, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, 80 days suspended, $100 fine.

Nov. 8

Elizabeth Fife, 25, 1350 N. Locust St., Apt. 200, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $150 fine.
