Putnam voters renew public health levy


OTTAWA — More than two-thirds of voters told the Putnam County Public Health to keep doing what it’s doing monetary Tuesday.

Voters approved the 0.25-mill renewal to maintain and operate public health programs by a 9,876-4,678 margin in Tuesday’s general election. The measure runs for 10 years.
