The following individuals were indicted following a session of the Putnam County Grand Jury on Nov. 1.

Joshua J. Carpenter, 39, 1803 Agner St., Ottawa; tampering with evidence, aggravated possession of drugs, driving under suspension, failure to display, prohibition against consumption of beer in a motor vehicle.

David J. Roeger, 58, 210 Selhorst Drive, Ottawa; abduction (attempt).

Rogelio L. Pardo, 37, 363 Oak St., Leipsic; domestic violence.

Martin Chasco, 52, 220 W. Main Cross St., Apt. B, Leipsic; domestic violence and felonious assault.

Robert R. Monroe, 44, 316 S. Broad St., Kalida; domestic violence.

James R. Botts, 45, 201 Ohio St., Trenton; non-support.

Adam Koebel, 35, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. B12, Columbus Grove; non-support.

Donald E. Schulte, 24, 5979 Road 18, Continental; theft, escape, vandalism and theft of a credit card.

Monica Pena, 19, 231 South St., West Leipsic; theft of credit card and misuse of a credit card.

Jacob Carillo; 23, 618 Taft St., Ottawa; two counts complicity.

Richard S. Schneider, 32, 26196 Road R, Fort Jennings; theft of checks, forgery, and forgery (uttering).

Jacob D. Rader, 25, 116 E. Poplar St., Leipsic; escape.

Kandie A. King, 24, 7 W. Poinsetta St., Toledo; possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Austin Troy, 23, 1387 N. Cole St., Lima; possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), aggravated possession of drugs (alprazoam), and aggravated possession of drugs (oxycodone).

Jeremy J. Detwiler, 27, 10921 Road 20J, Cloverdale; tampering with evidence and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Charles G. Selhorst, 52, 3785 Road 7, Leipsic; possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Ross M. Beckman, 31, 227 Green Meadows Drive, Ottawa; aggravated possession of drugs (oxycodone).

Clarissa L. Jones, 22, 2275 N. Cable Road, Lot 56, Lima; possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Chad M. Martin, 36, 19498 Road I-17, Cloverdale; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine) and possessing drug abuse instruments.

Jacob A. Warnimont, 23, 312 S. Main St., Delphos; possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Emilleo Guerra, 22, 25 W. Mathias St., Leipsic; breaking and entering and theft.

Andre A. Guajardo, 23, 127 S. Eastom St., Leipsic; breaking and entering and theft.

Patricia S. Wilson, 37, 15983 Road K, Ottawa; possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone).

Jason G. Bender, 40, 13911 Watkins Road, Marysville; possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

Donovan L. Joyner, 20, 27807 Ayersville Pleasant Bend Road, Defiance; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

Brittany M. Baldwin, 26, 868 Bryden Road, Columbus; possession of heroin.

Oct. 26

Kyley A. Gardner, 30, 408 E. Main St., Van Wert, was remanded to Devlak Hall following a motion to revoke supervision. She must obtain and maintain employment, and complete all counseling and treatment recommended and obtain a GED. She had been convicted of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines) and endangering children.

Oct. 29

Alexander L. Pardo, 25, 402 Main St., Belmore, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (methamphetamines). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:45 a.m. Dec. 12. Charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Oct. 30

Virginia L. Bowling, 46, 18526 Road B13, Continental, was sentenced to 30 months prison in prison for attempted felonious assault and tampering with evidence. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrent and she was given credit for 101 days served. She was also sentenced to 11 months in prison for theft. She must pay restitution of $1,192.07 to Kalida Party Mart.

Ty A. Castillo, 28, 519 Ohio St., Leipsic, was sentenced to 180 days jail for possession of drugs (cocaine). He was placed on five years’ community control, must obtain and maintain employment, and complete all assessment and treatment recommended.

Oct. 31

Dana M. Cherry, 37, 3135 Road Q, Pandora, was granted a reduction of 20 days in his jail sentence and is to be released Nov. 13. He was originally convicted of possession of drugs (heroin).

Amanda J. Trejo, 35, 3914 Converse-Roselm Road, Fort Jennings, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for harassment by inmate. She was given credit for five days served an any additional time while awaiting transportation. Another count of harassment by inmate and assault were dismissed.

Richard E. Custard, III, 35, 526 Scott Ave., Findlay, was sentenced to six months in prison for assault. The sentence was ordered to be served consecutive to a prison term imposed in Hancock County and to one in Hardin County.

Nov. 1

Nicole M. Fortman, Ottawa, and Brad A. Fortman, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Ottawa and have three minor children.

Nov. 2

Decoda A. Blake, 30, 203 N. First St., Continental, was sentenced to 36 months in prison on a motion to revoke supervision. She was given credit for 675 days served and any additional time while awaiting transportation. She was originally convicted of failure to comply with order of a police officer.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Oct. 24

Michael J. Hernandez, 56, 5300 Road 20, Continental, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, $50 fine. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Oct. 29

Robert Bair, 29, 80 Laurente Drive, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension.

Oct. 30

Samuel L. Wagner, 26, 1335 Tradewinds Drive, Apt. 100, Columbus, pleaded no contest to criminal trespass and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine and perform 80 hours community service.

Taylor N. Siefer, 22, 770 Meadowview Drive, Findlay, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 164 days suspended, $750 fine, $225 suspended, three-year license suspension, complete drug/alcohol assessment, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. Siefer was also fined $50 for speeding.

Elizabeth C. Moore, 41, 1600 Fox St., Findlay, pleaded no contest to driving without a valid license and was found guilty. Sentence: $250 fine.

Oct. 31

Aaron M. Almanza, 29, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. B7, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine. He also pleaded guilty to two counts domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail on both counts, $100 fine on both counts, sentence to be served consecutive.
