Defendants sentenced in Allen Co. courtrooms


LIMA — The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Joseph Miller, 52, of Delphos, was sentenced to three years on probation, 14 days in the county hail and 60 hours of community service on a charge of gross sexual imposition. He must register as a sex offender.

Brittney McGovern, 21, of Toledo, was sentenced to two year on probation and 90 days in jail on a charge of the illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a specified government facility.

Gerald Elliott, 35, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on charges of breaking and entering and aggravated possession of drugs. He was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $3,500 to the victim in the case.

Treg Coburn, 26, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on charges of domestic violence, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and possession of drugs.

Lee Brodman, 34, of Bluffton, was sentenced to three years on probation on a charge of attempting to receive stolen property.

Master Deeble, 37, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and 127 days in the county jail on charges of possession of cocaine and having a weapon under disability. He must forfeit the firearm and perform 60 hours of community service. His drivers’ license was suspended for two years.

Jaron Shipper, 24 of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation and 84 days in the county jail on a charge of domestic violence. He must perform 40 hours of community service and have no contact with the victim in the case.
