Oct. 15

Larry D. Davis, 65, 21076 Road D, Continental, was sentenced to 30 days jail for possession of drugs (cocaine). He was given credit for one day served and placed on five years community control. He must complete a drug and alcohol assessment and any counseling ordered.

Ryan Greve, 33, 2954 E. 12th St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (heroin). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10:30 a.m. Nov. 16.

Veronica Lomeli, Leipsic, was granted a divorce against Victor B. Lomeli, Leipsic. They were married Feb. 23, 2015 in Ottawa and have no children.

Sara Phelps, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Justin Bitter, Cincinnati. They were married Dec. 18, 2010 in Covington, Ky., and have two children.

Oct. 17

Jessy D. Layton, 34, 204 E. Main St., Belmore, pleaded guilty to attempted felonious assault. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. Nov. 20.

Oct. 19

PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, West Lake Village, Calif., was granted a foreclosure against Nathaniel A. Punches, Leipsic, in the amount of $53,167.20, plus interest and costs.

Mackenzie K. Bartley, 18, 153 S. Oak St., Ottawa, found guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine, six-month license suspension.

Oct. 11

Joshua J. Carpenter, 39, 1803 Agner St., Ottawa, charged with tampering with evidence, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Oct. 15

Douglas G. Grismore, 39, 124 Taylor St., Glandorf, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended. $250 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Erica J. Theisen, 19, 1806 N. Fourth St., Columbus, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct.

Oct. 16

Norfolk Southern Railroad, Fort Wayne, Ind., pleaded no contest to two counts obstructing roads by railroads and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine on both counts and court costs.

Robert J. Peckinpaugh, 61, 4384 Road H, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, complete assessment at Pathways.
