Pandora man rushed to Toledo after fall from roof


PANDORA — A Pandora man was hurt after falling from the roof of a home Friday morning.

Daniel Amstutz, 67, was flown to Toledo after falling from a one-story roof of a home at 9:30 a.m. Friday at 108 South Ave., Pandora, according to a news release from the Pandora Police Department.

It appeared that Amstutz was doing roof work when he fell, according to the release.

Pandora EMS and fire departments responded. Pandora police were assisted on scene by the Columbus Grove Police Department and Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

His condition was unknown Friday, as hospitals in the Toledo area did not have record of him.
