According to a press release from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 10:02 p.m., Brandon R. Phipps, of Bluffton, was traveling northbound on Brentlinger Road and lost control of his vehicle, a 1997 Toyota Camry LE, while passing through the intersection at Clum Road.
