Sept. 21

Virginia L. Bowling, 46, 18526 Road B13, Continental, pleaded guilty to theft. She faces up to 12 months in prison and $1,000 in fines. She also pleaded guilty to attempted felonious assault and tampering with evidence. She faces up to 36 months on both counts and $10,000 on both counts. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11:30 a.m. Oct. 26.

Sept. 24

Jacob R. Kuntz, 26, 11704 Road 21, Cloverdale, was sentenced to 180 days jail for attempted possession of drugs and fined $1,000. The jail and $700 of the fine were suspended. He must obtain and maintain employment complete al counseling and treatment.

Sept. 27

Christopher J. Calvelage, 37, 24503 Road T, Delphos, admitted to violations of community control 5 years community control remanded to jail until acceptance to a qualified treatment facility Renewed Minds or similarly facility ob main employ successfully complete any counseling and treatment.

Sept. 13

Julie A. Holbrooks, 19, 302 Walnut St., Oakwood, pleaded guilty to underage possession. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $150 fine and 16 hours community service. She also pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle after underage consumption. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, six-month license suspension, attend 3-hour education class. She also pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine, and six-month license suspension.

Sept. 20

Shanetta L. Bagley, 30, 120 S. Jameson Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to complicity. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, and perform 24 hours community service. Another charge of complicity was dismissed.

Christina F. Molina, 38, 424 S. Baxter St., Lima, pleaded guilty to complicity to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $250 fine.

Sept. 24

Patrick Dotson, 60, 16980 Porter Road, Defiance, pleaded guilty to using weapons while intoxicated. Sentence: 180 days, 177 days suspended, $373 fine, with credit for three days upon completion of DIP. A charge of OVI was dismissed.

Amelia R. Smith, 39, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. B13, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Sentence: $100 fine.

Erik M. Placke, 29, 4607 Slane Road, Middle Point, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He was also fined $150 for drug paraphernalia.

Cory J. Kottenbrock, 25, 19448 State Route 114, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, with credit of three days upon completion of DIP. He was also fined $150 for speeding.

Tyler J. Thrasher, 18, 218 Pearl St., Gilboa, pleaded no contest to criminal trespass and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, suspended, perform 24 hours community service and no contact with the victim or her property for one year.

Tyler Carlisle, 29, 12057 State Route 637, Paulding, pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine.

Gregory A. Mullins, 33, 9760 State Route 111, Paulding, pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He was also fined $150 for drug paraphernalia. He was also fined $150 for drug paraphernalia, $50 for speeding and $50 for expired license.

Sept. 25

Shannon M. Niese, 45, 118 Lakeland Drive, Continental, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit of three days upon completion of DIP, and complete alcohol/drug assessment. Charges of resisting arrest and failure to control were dismissed.

Dalton L. Boroff, 21, 18770 Elm Sugar Road, Grover Hill, pleaded guilty to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit of three days upon completion of DIP, and complete alcohol/drug assessment. Charges of driving under suspension, seat belt and muffler required were dismissed.

Daniel L. Caudill, 44, 13492 Road R, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, with credit of three days upon completion of DIP. A charge of left of center was dismissed.

Sept. 27

Steve A. Gessel, 31, 731 S. Pine St., Lima, pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana and was found guilty. Sentence: Six-month license suspension and $150 fine. He was also fined $50 for an amended charge of no operator’s license. Charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, license plate light and speeding were dismissed.

Dustin L. Roberts, 37, 634 Marian Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to driving under FRA suspension. Sentence: $100 fine.

Lacey R. Bartley, 20, 15644 Road L, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine.
