ST. MARYS — The city of St. Marys is planning maintenance on water lines, and water service will be unavailable from midnight until 6 a.m. Oct. 2.
This involves the area on the southeast side of Grand Lake, according to a news release from the city. The water will be shut off along county Road 66A at Koop Road and will also include Allmans subdivision, Otterbein Homes and Senior Living, Southmoor Shores, Rustic Haven, Harmons Landing and Breezewood Estates.
Residents in that area should boil water following the shutdown until bacteria tests return. The boil advisory is expected to last from 26-36 hours.
