Allen Co. Common Pleas Court dispositions


LIMA — The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Treyton Betts, 20, of Lima, was sentenced to four years in prison on charges of burglary, grand theft and having a weapon under disability.

David Simmons, 53, of Lima, was sentenced to 18 months in prison on charges of possession of cocaine and having a weapon under disability.

Andrew Green, 22, of Lima, was sentenced to 16 months in prison on two counts of possession of drugs.

Davontae Sims, 26, of Lima, was sentenced to six years in prison on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs. The sentence also included the forfeiture of guns and money.

Nicholas Thompson, 34, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and 14 days in the county jail on a charge of having weapons while under disability.

Maleek Cole, 21, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation for the improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Shawn Russell, 22, homeless, was sentenced to four years in prison on a charge of aggravated burglary.

Jamy Hogue, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, was sentenced to an additional six months in prison on a charge of possession of cocaine.

Aaron Horne, 28, of Detroit, was sentenced to three years on probation on charges of trafficking and possession of heroin.
