Defendants appear in Lima court for arraignments


LIMA — The following individuals entered pleas of not guilty during their arraignment hearings Friday morning in Allen County Common Pleas Court. Charges against the persons were returned by the recent session of the grand jury:

Terrick Ellis, 42, of Lima, charged with aggravated burglary;

Darrell Purdy, 29, no address listed, charged with burglary and criminal damaging/endangering;

Sedric Washington, 49, of Lima, charged with burglary;

Jamall Webster, 36, of Lima, charged with domestic violence;

Bethany Chaney, 26, of Lima, charged with theft;

Jayvon Green,22, of Lima, charged with burglary;

Timothy Smith, 42, of Walbridge, charged with carrying a concealed weapon and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle;

Christian Laws, 18, of Lima, charged with carrying a concealed weapon;

Kerry Danner, 52, of Lima; charged with domestic violence;

Jeffrey Simpson, 51, of Lima; charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated;

Brandon Mohr, 27, of Spencerville, charged with attempted trespass in a habitation;

Ricky Ward, 34, of Lima, charged with domestic violence;

Dalton Pinks, 19, of Ada, charged with assault and vandalism;

Davon Owsley, 20, of Lima, charged with carrying a concealed weapon and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle;

Jeremy Perrine, 29, of Lima, charged with failure to provide a change of address;

Brandon Grant, 33, of Lima, charged with possession of marijuana;

Jason Sevitz, 37, of Delphos, charged with failure to comply with the signal of a police officer;

Jamall Webster, 36, of Lima, charged with domestic violence.
