West Ohio Action Partnership participating in USDA food program

LIMA — The West Ohio Community Action Partnership is now a participant in the U.S. Department of Agriculture-funded Child and Adult Care Food Program, providing free and reduced price meals to households meeting income requirements.

Children receiving TANF or who are members of SNAP or from FDPIR households, as well as Head Start participants, automatically are eligible to receive free meal benefits.

Adults are automatically eligible for free meal benefits if they members of food stamp or FDPIR households or participate in SSI or Medicaid programs.
