Allen County Common Pleas Court arraignments


The following individuals recently entered pleas of not guilty to charges contained in indictments returned against them by the August session of the Allen County grand jury:

Kevin Dupuis, 32, of Versailles, charged with two counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a specification for an additional prison term.

Martez Pearson, 27, Lima, charged with an amended count of trafficking in cocaine, one count of possession of cocaine and one count of possession of heroin.

Shawn Duckett, 27, of Lima, charged with one count of breaking and entering and one count of theft.

Rafael Arciga-Perez, 41, of Lima, charged with one count of burglary and one count of grand theft.

Joshua Jennings, 29, of Lima, charged with one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

William Cockerell, 54, of Lima, charged with theft from a person in a protected class and forgery.

James Dalton, 45, of Lima, charged with identity fraud and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

The following persons entered pleas of not guilty on Monday to felony charges against them returned by the recent session of the Allen County grand jury. The pleas were entered electronically from the Allen County jail:

Master Deeble II, 37, of Lima, charged with having a weapon while under disability, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs.

Lee Brodman, 33, of Bluffton, charged with receiving stolen property.

Jamy Hogue, 41, Orient Correctional Institute, charged with possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification.

Robert Chestnut, 43, of Lima, charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or a drug of abuse.

Willie Foster, 37, of Lima, charged with aggravated burglary, two counts of kidnapping, felonious assault, and two counts of domestic violence .

Cory Clair, 40, of Lima, charged with felonious assault.

Stephanie Johnson, 36, homeless, charged with aggravated possession of drugs.

Derrick Jones, 38, of Lima, charged with trespass in a habitation.

Melissa Frasl, 37, of Lima, charged with two counts of domestic violence.

Jerry Liles, 60, of Lima, charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and aggravated possession of drugs.

Andrew Green, 22, of Lima, charged with two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of possession of heroin.

Matthew A.J. Lord, 31, of Cridersville, charged with two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or a drug of abuse and a misdemeanor charge of endangering children.

Matthew Williams, 51, London Correctional Institute, charged with two counts of trafficking in cocaine.

Spencer Stevens,27, of Harrod, charged with felonious assault and two counts of domestic violence.

Richard Neace, 31, of Spencerville, charged with improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, having weapons under disability and aggravated possession of drugs with a firearm specification.

Taunya Reinsel, 35, of Ada, charged with aggravated possession of drugs.

Hunter Gessel, 20, of Lima, charged with burglary, safecracking and aggravated possession of drugs.

Gerald Elliot, 35, homeless, charged with aggravated possession of drugs.

Jesse Hardy Sr., 58, of Lima, charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Brett Howard, 34, Lima, charged with tampering with a coin machine and possessing criminal tools.

Appearing in person for their arraignment hearings and entering pleas of not guilty were:

Charles Thebeau II, 30, of Sidney, charged with aggravated possession of drugs.

Nella Clark, 40, of Lima, charged with having weapons under disability.

Verlando Clark, 45, of Lima, charged with possession of cocaine with a specification for the forfeiture of money, and three counts of having weapons under disability.

Stephani Wright, 31, of Belle Center, charged with theft and forgery.

Christina Molina, 38, of Lima, charged with receiving stolen property, forgery, two counts of identity fraud and two counts of forgery.

Unica Kelly, 60, of Lima, charged with trafficking in cocaine and illegal use of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP.

Courtney Coon, 30, of Cridersvile, charged with theft and misuse of a credit card.

Morgan O’Brien, 38, of Lima, charged with theft and safecracking.

John Sidders, 37, of Galloway, charged with two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

James Wash, 82, of Lima, charged with two counts of felonious assault.
