Sentences handed out in Allen Co. Common Pleas Court


The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Cory Evans, 29, of Lima, was sentenced to 18 months in prison on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Steven Cole, 28, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Dalentino Lacey, 19, of Lima, was sentenced to one year on probation, 84 days in the county jail and was fined $350 on a charge of domestic violence.

Dalton Roessler, 19, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation and 40 hours of community service on a charge of receiving stolen property.

Taji Pernell, 37, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and 30 days in the county jail on charges of trafficking in heroin and the aggravated trafficking of drugs.

Kedrick Sanders Jr., 22, of Lima, was sentenced to 12 years in prison of corrupting another with drugs, trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Domminic Potts, 25, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and 66 days in the county jail on a charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Scott Hedges, 47, of London, was sentenced to five years on probation and 90 days in the county jail for the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Kayla Lithgow, 22, of Detroit, was sentenced to two years on probation and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $6,445 on a charge of forgery.

Eric Thomas, 25, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation for each of two counts of trafficking in heroin. He was fined $250 and was ordered to perform 40 hours of community service.
