Eastown Road chip seal to cause delays Tuesday

LIMA — Eastown Road, both southbound and northbound outer lanes, between state Route 309 and state Route 81, will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday for chip seal, according to the Allen County Engineer’s Office.

During the closure, motorists should expect possible delays.
