Eight persons arraigned in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court


VAN WERT — The following individuals entered pleas of not guilty during their arraignment hearings Wednesday in Van Wert Common Pleas Court:

Branson Decker, 21, of Van Wert, charged with felonious Assault, a felony of the second degree, and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Kyle Foss, 19, of Auburn, Indiana, charged with six counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies.

Jesse Hodgson, 30, of Delphos, charged with burglary, a second-degree felony, and trespass in a habitation, a felony of the fourth degree.

Marissa Kreischer, 32, of Van Wert, charged with a fifth-degree felony count of theft from a person in a protected class.

Frederick Murray, 32, of Delphos, charged with three counts of theft, felonies of the fifth degree.

Johnathan Putman, 31, of Van Wert, charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a fourth-degree felony.

Robert Seibert, 31, of Van Wert,charged with a third-degree felony count of escape.

Devin Walsh, 19, of Ohio City, charged with possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony.
