Defendants sentenced in Allen County court


The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Sawyer Brown, 20, of Lima, was sentenced to two years of probation and 40 hours of community service on a charge of assault.

Randy Robinson, 51, of Lima, was sentenced to three years of probation and 80 hours of community service on a charge of domestic violence.

Benny Boop, 25, of Lima, was sentenced to eight years in prison on charges of aggravated trafficking of drugs and aggravated possession of drugs.

Jauon Carter, 34, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation for the improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Tairrence Newble, 34, in custody with the Ohio Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, was sentenced to 18 months in prison on a charge of grand theft of a motor vehicle.

Wayne Troutman, 26, of Elwood, Indiana, was sentenced to three years on probation and 90 days in the county jail on charges of driving under the influence, aggravated possession of drugs and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. Troutman’s driver’s licenses was suspended for five years.

Richard Ward, 47, of Dayton, was sentenced to two years on probation and 60 days in the county jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Ward was fined $2,700 and his driver’s license was suspended for five years.

Dalton Miller, 20, of Lima, was sentenced to 18 months in prison on a charge of domestic violence.

Tyler Tussinger, 34, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation and 40 hours of community service on a charge of theft from a person in a protected class.

Robert Pugh, 54, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation and 25 days in the county jail on a charge of theft.

Tremain Lasenby, 39, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on a charge of trafficking in cocaine.

Robert Johnson, 65, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on charges of trafficking cocaine and possession of cocaine.

Glenn Davis Jr., 27, of Lima, was sentenced to three years in prison for carrying a concealed weapon and burglary.

Chaz Moore, 24, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of abduction.
