The following individuals were indicted Wednesday following a session of the Putnam County Grand Jury.

Richard J. Byrd, 62, 16565 Road 16-0, Columbus Grove; gross sexual imposition.

Justin W. Sergent, 30, 509 W. Main St., Leipsic; domestic violence.

Nicholas T. Huizenga, 29, 2764 Road 22B, Continental; burglary and violating a protection order.

Jade M. Coleman, 19, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. C12, Columbus Grove; endangering children.

William H. Lucas, IV, 19, 140 Williamstown Road, Ottawa; endangering children.

William E. Berry Jr., 46, Putnam County Jail; illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs or other prohibited items onto grounds of detention facility or institution.

Richard E. Custard, III, 35, 526 Scott Ave., Findlay; assault.

Samuel J. Caldwell, 43, 426 W. Cleveland Ave., Delphos; theft.

Thomas A. Bishop, 36, 1620 E. Main St., Lima; tampering with evidence, possession of a controlled substance.

July 13

Juan F. Pardo, 23, 1382 Road Y, Leipsic, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for tampering with evidence. He was given no credit for any previous time served. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed.

Pennymac Loan Servicing, LLC, Westlake Village, Calif., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Eric J. Heidenescher, Continental, Tiffany A. Heidenescher, Ottoville, and Allison H. Auch, Continental, in the amount of $135,689.71, plus interest and costs.

July 16

Dominic A. McCrate, 24, 9907 State Route 65, Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days jail for a probation violation. The judge suspended 90 days of the sentence and gave him credit for five days served. The probation violation involves a conviction in Putnam County Municipal Court on a charge of criminal mischief where he was given a 60-day sentence July 9. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrent to that case. He must obtain and maintain employment, and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He was originally convicted of domestic violence.

Amanda L. Neiferd, 41, 17795 Jones-Hughes Road, Venedocia, was sentenced to 20 days jail for theft. She was given credit for one day served and placed on five years community control. She must obtain and maintain employment and complete all treatment and counseling recommended. She was also ordered to pay restitution of $13,103 to AVI Systems.

July 17

Darby L. Rayle, 32, 101 N. Pearl St., Pandora, was sentenced to 180 days jail for domestic violence. The judge suspended 179 days of the sentence provided he continue counseling with Veterans’ Affairs and complete a Batterer’s intervention program.

Putnam County Treasurer Tracy Warnecke, Ottawa, was granted judgment against 1870 Smith Farm, LLC, Fostoria, in the amount of $4,547.31, plus additional taxes due and payable after May 3, 2018.

July 10

Sabrina I. Bustamonte-Hull, 21, 505 Belton St., Hamler, pleaded guilty to traffic control device. Sentence: $100 fine.

July 12

Jesse J. Bohrer, 42, 140 Spring St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine. He also pleaded guilty to physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension. He also pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, sentence to be served consecutive, $250 fine, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling or equivalent agency and abide by their recommendations. Charges of public indecency, failure to control and a probation violation were dismissed.

Jennifer R. Eagleson, 33, 727 E. Second St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 28 days suspended, $150 fine, and complete a mental health assessment and treatment.

Brandon E. Davis, 20, 417 W. Elm St., Deshler, pleaded guilty to driving under non-compliance suspension. Sentence: $200 fine.

Pedro L. Soto, Jr., 41, 201 E. Sugar St., Continental, pleaded guilty to driving under non-compliance suspension. Sentence: $200 fine.

July 16

Brett M. Maag, 26, 11757 Road B, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, six-month license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of OVI was dismissed.

Lorenzo Martin, 20, 133 E. Main St., Apt. 3, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to non-compliance suspension. Sentence: $1,000 fine. He also pleaded guilty to expired registration and was ordered to pay court costs.

July 17

Norfolk Southern Railroad, Fort Wayne, Ind., pleaded guilty to obstructing roads by railroads. Sentence: $150 fine.

July 19

Stacy L. Deters, 30, 405 W. Sycamore St., Apt. G, Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine. She also pleaded no contest to drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay court costs.

Nicholas R. Lawhorn, 19, 208 E. Canal St., Antwerp, pleaded no contest to drug possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He also pleaded no contest to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine.

Devin M. Gordon, 18, 21678 Road I-17, Cloverdale, pleaded no contest to drug possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He also pleaded no contest to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine.
