According to Lima Fire Department Battalion Chief Greg Kirkendall, the department got the call at 11:17 a.m., and when firefighters arrived four minutes later, they found fire in the first floor of the home at 915 S. Greenlawn Ave.

They were able to quickly extinguish the blaze.

No one was at home when the fire started.
