Defendants sentenced in Allen County Common Pleas Court


The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Stephen Smith, 35, of Lima, was sentenced to 45 days in the county jail and three years of probation on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Jamy Hogue, 40, of Lima, was sentenced to two years in prison on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Hogue’s license was suspended for five years.

Brandon Brooks, 27, of Columbus, Ga., was sentenced to 12 months in prison on a charge of having weapons while under disability.

Ebony Griffith, 25, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and 62 days in the Allen County jail for failing to register as a convicted arsonist. She was ordered to perform 40 hours of community service and five years of additional arson registration was added to her original sentence.

Lakesha Laws, 43, of Lima, was sentenced to two years of probation and 40 hours of community service on a charge of theft. She was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $748.30 to the victim in the case.

Aaron Henderson, 20, of Lima, was sentenced to three years of probation, with a referral to the W.O.R.T.H. Center, on a charge of burglary. He was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,676.15 to the victim in the case.

Terrance Lynch, 28, of Lima, was sentenced to four years of probation, with a referral to the W.O.R.T.H. Center, on two counts of domestic violence.

Drew Rowe, 25, of Bowling Green, was sentenced to two years of probation on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Lewis Hollar, 54, of Lima, was sentenced to two years of probation and 180 days in the county jail on a charge of domestic violence.

Erica Lewallen, 20, of Lima, was sentenced to three years of probation and 60 days in the county jail on a charge of robbery. She was also ordered to perform 40 hours of community service.
