LIMA — A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the shooter in Lima’s latest homicide.
Lima 6th Ward Councilman Derry Glenn is offering the reward in the hopes someone will come forward with new information that will help police with their investigation of the July 5 shooting death of Carrington Lott, 23, of Lima and the wounding of six others at a Fourth of July party at the U.A.W. Hall on Bellefontaine Avenue.
“Carrington was involved in my tutor program. He also worked for the Rent-A-Kid program [that Glenn oversees]. I’m asking for help from the public to let them know who shot these kids,” he said.
If you know something, contact the Lima Police Department at 419-227-4444.
