Alexander L. Pardo, 25, 402 Main St., Belmore; two counts possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kamren J. Martinez, 18, 106 E. South St., Lot 10, Columbus Grove; trafficking in marijuana.

Marcos L. Olivo, 20, 304 E. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove; trafficking in marijuana.

Bobby J. Risner, 55, 2361 State Route 114, Cloverdale; possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine).

Tiffany A. Heidenescher, 405 W. Third St., Ottoville; possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine).

Joseph L. Wiswell, 35, 421 W. Baldwin Ave., Paulding; possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine).

Jacob R. Kuntz, 26, 11704 Road 21, Cloverdale; possession of a controlled substance (Cocaine).

Larry D. Davis, 65, 21076 Road D, Continental; possession of a controlled substance (Cocaine).

Ryan J. Greve, 33, 2954 E. 12th St., Ottawa; possession of a controlled substance (Heroin).

Douglas A. Gallaspie, 37, 8028 Richey Road, Van Wert; theft of a check.

June 18

Dana M. Cherry, 37, 3135 Road Q, Pandora, was sentenced to 365 days at the Putnam County Jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included using heroin, fentanyl and drug paraphernalia June 1. He was given credit for 195 days served with 80 days suspended. The sentence was ordered to be served consecutive to 78-day sentence imposed in his other drug case.

June 19

Scott J. Wilson, 57, 583 S. Perry St., Ottawa, entered a plea of admission to violating the terms of supervision. He will continue on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and have only one medical provider and one pharmacy. He was originally convicted of failure to register arson and having weapons under disability.

June 20

Mark J. Yonge, Jr., 39, 909 Holgate Ave., Defiance, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. Aug. 20.

Brian L. Warnimont, 34, 110 Van Buskirk, Miller City, pleaded guilty to weapons under disability. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. Aug. 20. Charges of domestic violence and criminal damaging were dismissed.

Coralea R. Corbitt, Ravenna, and Jeffrey L. Corbitt, Findlay, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 10, 2008 in Continental and have no children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

June 14

Andrew B. Schoepfle, 29, 222 Riverview Drive, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 28 days suspended, $100 fine and no contact with victim for six months.

June 18

Charles J. Bushey, Jr., 58, 23090 Road Q, Lot E, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to second-offense OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, $525 fine, five-year license suspension. Charges of OVI and failure to reinstate were dismissed.

Cory J. Hull, 30, 401 Seneca St., Dupont, pleaded no contest to domestic violence and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $150 fine. He also pleaded no contest to persistent disorderly conduct and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, sentence to be served concurrent.

June 19

Guillermo Paniagua III, 34, 701 E. Liberty St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Another charge of OVI was dismissed.
