Sentences doled out in Allen County Common Pleas Court


The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Montiel Alexander, 20, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation, was ordered to perform 60 hours of community service and had his driver’s license suspended for two years on charges of grand theft of a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle while under the influence.

Peter Lotzier, 32, of Lima, was sentenced to 30 days in the Allen County jail and three years on probation on a charge of obstructing official business.

Kenyatta Ferguson, 43, of Lima, was sentenced to five years in prison on a charge of burglary.

David Thompson, 39, of Lima, was sentenced to 90 days in the county jail and two years on probation on a charge of trespass in a habitation.

Anthony Bagley Jr., 34, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation and was ordered to make restitution in the amount of $4,822 on a charge of aggravated assault.

Jessica Dudgeon, 26, of Belle Center, was sentenced to four years on probation with a referral to the W.O.R.T.H. Center on a charge of robbery.

Timothy Erb, 64, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on charges of theft and forgery.

Corey Travis, 25, of Lima, was sentenced to 13 years in prison after being found guilty by a jury of two counts of felonious assault and two counts of endangering children.

Justin Stiltner, 32, of Lafayette, was sentenced to two years on probation with a referral to the W.O.R.T.H. Center on a charge of burglary.

Devonne Johnson, 25, of Lima, was sentenced to 30 months in prison on charges of possession of heroin and having a weapon while under disability.

Caylee Cornish, 26, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation and 40 hours of community service on a charge of arson. She was required to register as an arsonist for the next 10 years.
