Jessica M. Wannemacher, Delphos, and Dustin S. Wannemacher, Ottoville, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 31, 2013 and have one child.
Juan Cruz, 43, 431 N. Fulton St., Wauseon, was found to be in arrears in paying child support in the amount of $11,536.35 as of March 31, fourth offense. A sentencing hearing was continued for 90 to 120 days to give Cruz the opportunity to purge the contempt.
Juan F. Pardo, 23, 1382 County Road Y, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11:30 a.m. July 13.
Brandon M. Cooksey, 36, 130 W. Third St., Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days jail for domestic violence. The judge suspended 120 days, provided he participate with a drug and alcohol assessment and participate in a batterer’s treatment program.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions
Jacob E. Hageman, 21, 13136 A Road 14, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to illegal distribution of cigarettes. Sentence: $150 fine.
Daren P. Miller, 52, 18121 Road M 17, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to illegal distribution of cigarettes. Sentence: $150 fine.
Nathan R. Mangas, 24, 7313 State Road 109, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. He was also fined $150 for left of center. A charge of open container was dismissed.
Shannon M. Kimmet, 46, 504 E. Liberty St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, complete alcohol and drug assessment. A charge of assured clear distance was dismissed.
Kevin P. Scott, 53, 400 W. Maple St., Continental, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days jail, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.
Michael J. Hernandez, 56, 5300 Road 20, Continental, pleaded no contest to intoxicated pedestrian and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $150 fine, and complete mental health assessment. He was fined $25 for intoxicated or drugged pedestrian on highway and given a suspended $150 fine for open container.
Abbie L. Holton, 29, 21153 Road I-17, Cloverdale, pleaded no contest to assault and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 164 days suspended, $150 fine and no contact with victim for one year.
Eric R. Melson, 45, 104 N. Elizabeth St., Cridersville, pleaded no contest to driving under OVI suspension and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 140 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension. He was ordered to pay court costs for improper passing.
Reyes L. Ochoa, Jr., 40, 3995 Township Road 115, McComb, pleaded no contest to driving under FRA non-compliance and was found guilty. Sentence: $250 fine.
