June 1

Eric T. Taylor, 59, 1051 Ralston Ave., Defiance, was sentenced to complete the inpatient program at Renewed Minds, or another suitable facility for possession of drugs (cocaine). He was given credit for one day served and must obtain and maintain employment upon release.

Joseph A. Miller, 45, 1502 McCullough St., Lima, was sentenced to 60 days jail for non-support of dependents. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for one day served. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete any recommended programs for employment and budgeting.

Darby L. Rayle, 32, 101 N. Pearl St., Pandora, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He faces up to six months in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. A charge of disrupting public service was dismissed.

Luis A. Carter, 38, 1000 Hardin St., Defiance, was referred to the WORTH Center for possession of a controlled substance. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for one day served. He was ordered to obtain and maintain employment and not possess prescription medications without a valid prescription. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

June 4

Amanda L. Neiferd, 41, 17795 Jones-Hughes Road, Venedocia, pleaded guilty to theft. She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11:30 a.m. July 16. The state is recommending community control and restitution of $13,103.

Joseph M. Litten, 33, 14314 Road U-13, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 22 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violation included being convicted on a charge of possession of drugs (cocaine) July 31, 2017. He was given credit for two days served and placed on five years community control. He was ordered to obtain and maintain employment and complete and complete any treatment and counseling recommended. He was originally convicted of possession of drugs (cocaine).

June 5

Putnam County EMS, Wauseon, was ordered judgment of $1,308.44 against Adrian Chavez, Leipsic, plus interest and collection costs.

June 6

Putnam County EMS was granted judgment against Michael D. Palte, in the amount of $319.36, plus interest and costs.

June 4

Mark L. Straley, 55, 63 Liberty St., Leipsic, charged with domestic violence, a felony, bound over to grand jury.

Matthew R. Richardson, 44, 3487 King Edward Way, Beavercreek, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of failure to disclose one’s personal information. Sentence: 30 days jail, 28 days suspended, and $250 fine. A charge of marijuana possession was dismissed.

Ashley N. Witte, 33, 1283 Knollwood Drive, Lima, pleaded no contest to UM non-compliance suspension and was found guilty. Sentence: $250 fine.

June 5

Jovid C. Kimple, 26, 83 High St., Carroll, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: Six-month license suspension and $150 fine. A charge of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

June 7
