Chace D. Keiser, 27, 424 S. Walnut St., Ottawa, was sentenced to 30 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include using opiates April 4, April 11, and April 16, and failing to comply with treatment recommendations from Pathways Counseling Center. He was placed on three years community control and must complete the SEARCH program. He was originally convicted of breaking and entering and tampering with evidence.
Amanda J. Bacome, Columbus Grove, was a granted a divorce from Troy D. Bacome, Ottawa. They were married Aug. 13, 2016 in Columbus Grove, and have no children.
Alecia M. West, 35, 1350 N. Locust St., Apt. 214, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 3:30 p.m. July 9.
