Allen County grand jury indictments revealed


The following individuals were indicted during the recent session of the Allen County grand jury:

Neely Phillips, 38, of Lima, on four counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and three counts of aggravated possession of drugs;

Benny Boop, 35, of Lima, on three counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs;

Perry Jones, 22, of Lima, on one count of attempted rape, two counts of gross sexual imposition, 15 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance and one count of attempted tampering with evidence;

Patricia Bigham, 34, of Van Wert, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs;

Lamar Meeks, 31, of Lima, on three counts of rape, one count of felonious assault and one count of kidnapping;

Joseph Miller, 52, of Delphos, on one count of gross sexual imposition;

Prentice Cooks Jr., 31, of Lima, on one count of abduction, one count of felonious assault and one count of domestic violence;

Charles Maynard, 53, homeless, on one count of aggravated burglary;

Blake Quaker, 32, of Nashville, Tennessee, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs;

Gage Kidwell, 19, of Petroleum, Indiana, on one count of grand theft of a motor vehicle;

Marchs Henderson, 19, of Leipsic, on one count of robbery with a firearm specification;

Dalton Crowe, 27, of Lima; on one count of felonious assault.

Richard McNeil, 40, of Lima, on one count of domestic violence;

Jauan Carter, 34, of Lima, on one count of improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle;

Victor Austin, 29, of Lima, on one count of improperly handing a firearm in a motor vehicle, one count of carrying a concealed weapon, one count of having a weapon while under disability and one count of possession of cocaine.

Kevin Dupuis, 32, of Versailles, on two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence;

Lexus Williams, 23, of Dayton, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs;

Nickolas Compton, 30, of Lima, on two counts of burglary;

Christopher Brown, 41, of Lima, on one count of felonious assault with a firearm specification and one count of having a weapon under disability;

Glenn Davis Jr., 27, of Lima, on one count of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, one count of carrying a concealed weapon, one count of three of a firearm or dangerous ordnance and one count of burglary;

John Russell, 44, of Lima, on one count of domestic violence, one count of kidnapping and one count of abduction;

Titionia Alexander, 20, of Lima, on one count of receiving stolen property;

Dalton Miller, 20, of Lima, on one count of domestic violence; and

Alexandrea Cooper, 28, of Lima, on one count of handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

This list does not include secret grand jury indictments, which are made public at the time at which the target of the indictment is taken into custody.
