The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:
Jessica Donathan, 37, of Lima, was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail, three years on probation and was ordered to perform 40 hours of community service on a charge of grand theft.
David Caroppoli, 37, of Springfield, was sentenced to 12 months in prison and was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $3,025 on charges of passing bad checks and identity fraud.
Gregory Reynolds, 50, of Lima, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for breaking and entering. He was ordered to pay restitution to the victim in the amount of $1,866.
Ontra Brooks, 40, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of possession of cocaine.
Juan Granado, 42, of Findlay, was sentenced to 24 months in prison on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence, and an additional 12 months as a repeat OVI offender. His driving privileges were suspended for five years.
Brittany Donathan, 32, of Lima, was sentenced to 60 days in the county jail, two years on probation and ordered to serve 40 hours of community service on a charge of domestic violence.
Chad Everhart, 44, of Lima, was sentenced to 30 months in prison, was fined $2,500 and had his driving privileges suspended for life on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drug of abuse. He was also required to forfeit his vehicle.
