Tina M. Candia, 49, 1144 E. Second St., Apt. A, Ottawa, was sentenced to 20 days jail for misuse of credit cards. She was placed on five years community control and given credit for one day served. She must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended and pay restitution of $228. A charge of theft of a credit card was dismissed.

Ryan L. Hefner, Sr., 42, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. A-12, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 30 days jail for possession of drugs (heroin). He was given credit for 2 days served and was placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. Charges of possession of drugs (fentanyl), possession of drugs (marijuana), endangering children and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Tyler L. Sifuentes, 28, 5948 US Highway 6, McClure, was remanded to the WORTH Center for possession of drugs (cocaine). He was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Roger R. Leimgruber, 37, 118 E. Melrose Ave., Findlay, was sentenced to 60 days jail for nonsupport of dependents. He was placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

May 8

Raven D. Krontz, 37, 16847 Road 19, Fort Jennings, was sentenced to 40 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included consuming alcohol and causing physical harm to another on Feb. 25, 2018. She was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. She had been convicted of possession of drugs (heroin).

Ann M. Fast, Columbus Grove, and Corey L. Fast, Spencerville, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 12, 2014 in Spencerville and have no children.

Christopher G. Ross, Jr., 23, 203 N. First St., Continental, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days upon completion of DIP. He was fined $50 for speeding and costs for seat belt.

Shaylee R. Hyman, 21, 715 Mathias St., Leipsic, charged with drug abuse/possession, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

May 7

Kevin R. Kuhlman, 60, 6159 Old State Route 224, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to second offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 164 days suspended, $1,000 fine, $400 suspended, three-year license suspension, complete alcohol and drug assessment and treatment, with credit for 6 days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of turn signals was dismissed.

Raven D. Krontz, 37, 19463 State Route 694, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 140 days suspended, $100 fine, and complete mental health assessment and treatment.

Kevin L. McGhee, 59, 899 Carol Ann St., Lima, pleaded guilty to OVI second offense. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $1,000 fine, three-year license suspension, complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center and abide by recommendations. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.

Shaylee R. Hyman, 20, 715 Mathias St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, 140 days suspended, $250 fine, and complete drug and alcohol assessment. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.

Ashley N. McCarthy, 35, 23090 Road Q, Lot C, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to obstructing official business. Sentence: 45 days jail, $50 fine.

May 10

Anthony A. Fry, 32, 148 Greenglen Ave., Lima, pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He was also fined $50 for no front plate.

Cheyanne M. Sexton, 21, 1274 Crystal Glen Court, Findlay, pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. She was also fined $50 for two headlights required.

Matthew N. Niskala, 21, 5490 Nesbitt St., Apt. 2, Elida, pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine.

Christopher J. Brown, 19, 2170 Lake Circle Drive, Apt. G, Lima, pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He was also fined $50 for speeding.
