DISPOSITIONS


The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Travis Binkley, 30, of Lima, was sentenced to 18 months in prison on a charge of possession of cocaine.

Dametris Smith, 20, of Lima, was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and two years on probation on charges of domestic violence and aggravated burglary.

Olivia Ingram, 41, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and ordered to perform 40 hours of community service on a charge of theft. He is to have no contact with the victims in the case.

Latasha Rippley, 40, was sentenced to three years of probation and 120 days in the county jail on a charge of theft. She was also ordered to make restitution in the amount of $4,576.

David Johnson Jr., 33, of Holiday, Florida, was sentenced to 110 days in the county jail and two years of probation on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Jesse Stirn, 26, an inmate at the Allen-Oakwood Correctional Institute, was sentenced to 12 months in prison on a charge of the illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a governmental facility.

Malcolum Glenn, 28, of Lima, was sentenced to nine months in prison on a charge of domestic violence.

Calvin McGhee, 39, of Lima, was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and three years on probation on charges of trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana.

Jesse Blackburn, 26, of Delphos, was sentenced to 45 days in the county jail and three years of probation on a charge of theft. He was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $591 to the victim in the case.

Jaquan Rogers, 22, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on charges of carrying a concealed weapon and possession of cocaine.
