April 23

Timothy E. Boedicker, 38, 409 S. Roberts Ave., Lima, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for failure to comply with order of a police officer. He was given credit for 49 days served as well as his incarceration prior to his transfer. The May 15 trial was vacated. Charges of speeding, driving under suspension and operating a motor vehicle without reasonable control were dismissed.

Nathaniel Estill, 32, 959 Brice Ave., Lima, was sentenced to 10 months in prison for felony non-support. He was given credit for 41 days served. Estill was also sentenced to 10 months in prison for failure to appear. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrently.

Shyann T. Wagner, 20, 132 W. Main St., McComb, was sentenced to 90 days jail and fined $750 for failure to secure dangerous ordinance. The jail sentence and $350 of the fine was suspended.

Eric T. Taylor, 59, 1051 Ralston Ave., Defiance, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (cocaine). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11 a.m. June 1.

Alexander J. Hernandez, 40, Leipsic, was granted a divorce Erika L. Hernandez, Leipsic. They were married Aug. 19, 2001 in Dayton and have three children.

April 24

Bradley J. Romes, 37, 1196 S. Oak St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to telephone harassment. He faces up to six months in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence is conducted with sentencing set for 1:30 p.m. May 1. Charges of burglary, menacing by stalking and assault were dismissed.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

April 19

Gavin M. Brian, 20, 2450 College Park, Lima, pleaded no contest to underage alcohol consumption and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, $100 suspended, and attend alcohol/substance education classes at Pathways Counseling Center.

Joshua S. Muter, 32, 314 E. 4th St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to drug possession. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He was also fined $50 for tinted windows.

Bobby L. Panning, Jr., 21, 387 W. Third St., Ottoville, pleaded guilty to failure to reinstate. Sentence: $150 fine. He was also fined court costs for failure to control.

April 26

Elias Lugo, 20, 811 Sherman St., Apt. B, Pandora, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days upon completion of DIP. Another charge of OVI was dismissed.
