BEAVERCREEK — Three occupants of a house that caught fire early Saturday were able to escape the flames that destroyed the home, Beavercreek Deputy Chief Scott Dorsten said.
The three individuals were taken to Miami Valley Hospital with non life-threatening injuries, Dorsten said.
The two-story house is a “total loss” after the fire reported around 3:30 a.m. in the 3400 block of Mill Run Drive, Dorsten said.
It took crews about an hour to get the fire under control and they anticipate they will be on scene for at least another hour, according to Dorsten.
Dorsten said the fire is under investigation and they do not know the cause at this time.
