DISPOSITIONS


The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Mandy James, 40, of Oregon, was sentenced to two years of probation and 45 days in the Allen County jail on a charge of the illegal conveyance of drugs into a government facility.

Zachary Keehn, 23, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation for trafficking in heroin and aggravated drug trafficking. He was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $300.

James Adams, 29, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of forgery. He was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $600.

Devin Fultz, 26, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Jaquaes Owens, 25, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation, 18 days in the Allen County jail and 40 hours of community service on a charge of domestic violence.

Chad Switzer, 39, of Lima, was sentenced to three years of probation and was referred to the W.O.R.T.H. Center on a charge of misuse of a credit card.

Brenda Cornwell, 59, of Lima, was sentenced to 120 days in the Allen County jail and five years of probation on charges of forgery and theft from a person in a protected class.

Savion Vance, 19, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation and 60 hours of community service for attempted grand theft when property is a firearm of dangerous ordnance.

Trey Ackles, 22, of Lima, as sentenced to 36 months in prison on charges of possession of marijuana and trafficking in marijuana. The sentences will be served consecutively to a 12-month sentence for a probation violation.

Jamie Farrar, 25, of Cridersville, was sentenced to two years in prison on a charge of endangering children.

Richelle Peterson, 28, of Lima, was sentenced to 90 days in the county jail, three years of probation and was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,000 on three counts of breaking and entering and one count of receiving stolen property.

Tamara Crowe, 53, of Lima, was sentenced to 90 days in the county jail, three years on probation and was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,000 on three counts of breaking and entering and one count of receiving stolen property.

Ernest Grady, 44, in care of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, was sentenced to 18 months in prison on a charge of deception to obtain drugs.

Landus Thompson II, 20, of Lima, was sentenced to three years of probation on a charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

John McRedmon, 24, of St. Marys, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Marcellus Daniels, 50, of Lima, was sentenced to 90 days in the county jail and three years on probation on a charge of burglary.

Kevin Watkins, 27, of Lima, was sentenced to five years in prison on a charge of aggravated burglary.

Phillip Belanger, 64, of Michigan, was sentenced to three days in the county jail, two years on probation and was fined $500 for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
