National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, all day, Van Wert Sheriff’s Office, 113 N. Market St., Van Wert.

VAN WERT — The Van Wert County Sheriff’s Office is participating in the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, April 28, at the Van Wert County Sheriff’s Office, 113 N. Market St., Van Wert. Residents may bring their pills for disposal anytime throughout the day. This is a free service and residents can remain anonymous when dropping off medications, no questions asked.

No syringes, liquid medications or illegal drugs will be accepted.

Remove pill medications from the bottles or blister packs and put pills in a bag or box before bringing the pill medications to the Sheriff’s Office.
