KENTON — Amy Chiles is retiring from WKTN radio after more than 47 years of service.

Chiles is a 1971 graduate of Waynesfield-Goshen High School and the Career Academy of Broadcasting in Columbus. She began her career at WKTN in 1971.

After working as an afternoon host on the radio station, she became the morning show host of her program, “Amy In The Morning.”

An open house is planned for Amy from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, March 29th at WKTN Studios, 112 N. Detroit St., Kenton.
