Allen County Common Pleas Court dispositions


LIMA — The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Antonio D. Wilson, 39, of Lima, was sentenced to two years in prison and fined $1,350 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Paul Durr, 60, of Lima, was sentenced to two years in prison, was fined $1,350 and has his driver’s licenses suspended for life on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

James Brown Jr., 48, of Lima, was sentenced to two years of probation and 40 hours of community service for the illegal use of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits. He was also ordered to pay restitution.

Eugene Ivory, 34, of Detroit, was sentenced to 78 months in prison on charges of burglary and violating his probation.

Travis Burkholder, 24, of Lima, was sentenced to 70 days in the Allen County jail, two years of probation and was ordered to pay restitution on a charge of the aggravated trafficking of drugs.

Derrick Wilson, 28, of Lima, was sentenced to 67 days in the Allen County jail, three years of probation and was ordered to have no contact with the victim in the case on a charge of burglary.

Jarin Johnson, 29, of Lima, was sentenced to three years of probation on a charge of receiving stolen property.

Xavier C.J. Scott, 25, of Lima, was sentenced to three years of probation and was referred to the W.O.R.T.H. center on charges of trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Treva Webb, 36, address unavailable, was sentenced to 30 days in the Allen County jail and three years of probation on a charge of theft from a person in a protected class. She was ordered to make restitution in the amount of $430.

Rubiero Litmon, 23, address unavailable, was sentenced to four years in prison on a charge of felonious assault.

Carlton Burns, 43, of Lima, was sentenced to 72 days in the Allen County jail, three years of probation and 60 hours of community service on a charge of domestic violence.

Toinda Banks, 44, was sentenced to three years of probation for the possession of marijuana.
