The following individuals were indicted following a session of the Putnam County Grand Jury Jan. 18.

Kyle L. Unverferth, 39, 110 W. North St., Kalida; two counts theft in office and falsification in a theft offense.

Cory J. Chamberlin, 26, 1 Main St., West Leipsic; unlawful sexual conduct and importuning.

Robert J. Nienberg, 58, 517 S. Main St., Lima; felony OVI, driving under suspension and lighted lights required.

Joseph A. Miller, 45, 1502 McCullough St., Lima; non-support of dependents.

Mark J. Yonge, Jr., 38, 909 Holgate Ave., Defiance; non-support of dependents.

Tina M. Candia, 49, 1144 E. Second St., Apt. A, Ottawa; theft of a credit card and misuse of a credit card.

Malachi J. Trejo, 18, 1144 E. Second St., Apt. A, Ottawa; misuse of a credit card.

Sualin A. Balcarcel, 20, 711 N. Belmore St., Lot 30, Leipsic; felonious assault.

Timothy N. White, III, 23, 1120 S. Central Ave., Lima; two counts possession of drugs and speed.

Brandon M. Cooksey, 36, 865 N. Pratt St., Ottawa; domestic violence.

Tyler L. Sifuentes, 27, 5948 US Highway 6, McClure; possession of drugs (cocaine).

Eric D. Lambert, 29, 527 State St., Leipsic; domestic violence.

Jeanetta Patnaude, 39, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. A-12, Columbus Grove; possession of drugs (heroin), possession of drugs (fentanyl), possession of drugs (marijuana), endangering children and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Heffner, Sr., 42, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. A-12, Columbus Grove; possession of drugs (heroin), possession of drugs (fentanyl), possession of drugs (marijuana), endangering children and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brian L. Pollock, 52, 542 W. Main St., Ottawa; theft from an elderly and forgery.

Jan. 12

Daniel J. Stauffer, 22, 7644 Road 15-C, Ottawa, was ordered to successfully complete the Renewed Minds/Fresh Start program for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include using cocaine on Nov. 20 and Dec. 30 and being unsuccessfully discharged from treatment with Recovery Services on Dec. 26. He must undergo drug and alcohol assessment and treatment, comply with all medication directions given by his medical care provider, have one medical care provide and one pharmacy. He was given credit for 172 days served.

Brian K. Bennett II, 30, 204 Mahoning St., Cloverdale, admitted to violating community control sanctions. He was placed on five years’ community control, must successfully complete all counseling and treatment and obtain and maintain employment. He was originally convicted of attempted domestic violence.

Gina M. Schrader, 38, 221 S. Main St., Delphos, was ordered to complete counseling and treatment for violating the terms of supervision. She was placed on five years community control and ordered to obtain and maintain employment. She was originally convicted of burglary.

Alison K. Tumlinson, Kalida, was granted a divorce from Justin E. Tumlinson, Elida. They were married April 30, 2005 in Kalamazoo, Mich., and have three children.

Alton T. Yinger, Columbus Grove, was granted a divorce from Alexis S. Yinger, Ottawa. They were married May 28, 2016 in Perrysburg and have two children.

Jan. 17

Madison N. Fenbert, 20, 1115 Sheridan St., Scott, was ordered to complete the program at the WORTH Center or other suitable facility for drug and alcohol assessment for violating the terms of supervision. She was placed on five years’ community control, must obtain and maintain employment and obtain a GED. She was originally convicted of attempted burglary.

Jan. 18

Amanda J. King, Columbus Grove, was granted a divorce from Stanley E. King, Jr., Gibsonburg. They were married May 23, 2011 in Gibsonburg and have no children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Jan. 4

Donald R. Wright, 49, 425 W. Sugar St., Apt, A, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of telephone harassment. Sentence: $100 fine.

David M. Engle, 58, 11360 Phillips Road, Bluffton, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, $250 fine. A charge of open container was dismissed.

Jan. 8

Wade Okuley, 31, 208 N. Sixth St., Continental, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine. A charge of open container was dismissed.

Jan. 9

Angela R. Martin, 41, 10436 Country Acres Drive, Apt. 1, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, two-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of driving under OVI suspension and failure to control were dismissed.

Jan. 11

Kerriann Culp, 50, 309 Washington St., Pandora, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $75 fine suspended, not to be present at Ted’s Market, Pandora.

Jan. 16

Talia J. Simpson, 23, 2101 Lake Circle Drive, Apt. H, Lima, pleaded guilty to marijuana possession. Sentence: $100 fine. She was also fined $150 for license forfeiture. Charges of speeding and failure to transfer registration were dismissed.

Juan A. Torres, 20, 760 Haley St., McClure, pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine.

Jan. 16
