Suspect sought in Mount Victory drive-thru robbery


KENTON — The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at 8:15 p.m. Sunday at the Mount Victory Drive Thru, located on South Main Street in Mount Victory.

According to a statement from Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhart, the suspect is described as a white male between the age of 40 and 60, approximately 6-foot-2 and 160 pounds. He was wearing a mask and dark gloves. A black handgun was brandished but was not discharged during the robbery, according to the statement. The suspect fled in a small 1990s silver or gold Toyota or Honda, according to witnesses.

An undisclosed amount of money was taken during the robbery and the case remains under investigation.
