Jan. 9

Emily K. Schoepfle, 24, 106 E. Williamstown Road, Ottawa, was ordered to complete all treatment and counseling requirements approved by the county probation officer for violating community control. She was placed on five years community control, must maintain and obtain employment, have only one medical provider and one pharmacy, and pay $50 restitution to the MAN unit. She had been convicted of trafficking in drugs.

David M. McKinley, 31, 418 Park St., Marion, was ordered to complete all treatment and counseling requirements approved by the county probation department on a motion to revoke modification of WORTH referral. He was placed on five years community control and was given credit for 325 days served. He must obtain and maintain employment and not use any medications without a valid prescription. He was originally convicted of burglary.

Jan. 11

Ryan Lugibihl, Pandora, and Jessica M. Lugibihl, Bluffton, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 12, 2014, and have no children.

Jan. 12

Michael Luebrecht, 49, 140 W. First St., Fort Jennings, was sentenced to life in prison for aggravated murder, after being found guilty by a jury on Jan. 5. He was given parole eligibility after 20 years. He was given credit for time served since May 23, 2005. Luebrecht was tried for a second time on the charge involving the death of his infant son. On March 7, 2007, he pleaded guilty to the May 23, 2015 drowning death of his 13-month old son, Joel, in a bathtub in his Fort Jennings home. Last November, his attorney filed a motion requesting Luebrecht withdraw his plea citing concerns that the medications prescribed to him at the time contributed to the crime.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Jan. 4

Ryan T. Recker, 21, 1600 Coakley Drive, Elida, pleaded guilty to third-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 360 days jail, 330 days suspended, $1,500 fine, $650 suspended, five-year license suspension and complete alcohol assessment and treatment. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal damaging. Sentence: 90 days jail, 60 days suspended, $100 fine, with sentence to be served concurrent. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.

Reuben Flores, 57, 511 S. Oak St., Ottawa, was found guilty of drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine.

Jan. 8

Tiffany J. Fackler, 29, 9 W. Broadway St. Leipsic, pleaded no contest to drug paraphernalia and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine.

Jan. 9

Joseph P. Kelley, 43, 617 Buckeye Drive, Kalida, pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension.

Craig M. Linnon, 18, 411 Willeke Ave., Ada, pleaded no contest to drug abuse possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension.

Donald L. Brickner, 73, 111 Palm Court, Elida, pleaded no contest to first-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP, and complete alcohol assessment and treatment. Another charge of OVI was dismissed.

Jan. 10

Randall D. Stribling, 40, 100 N. Jameson Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to driving under FRA non-compliance. Sentence: $200 fine.
