Allen County Common Pleas Court dispositions


LIMA — The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Rayvon Holmen, 24, of Lima, was sentenced to 180 days in jail and three years of probation on charges of carrying a concealed weapon and operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was ordered to forfeit the weapon in question.

Sarah Owsley, 22, of Lima, was sentenced to two years of probation and 40 hours of community services on a charge of theft. She was ordered to have no contact with the victim in the case.

Darius Bailey, 20, of Lima, was sentenced to 120 days in the county jail and three years of community control on four counts of trafficking in cocaine. Bailey was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $330 and his driver’s license was suspended by five years.

Patrick Deal, 27, no address available, was sentenced to three years on probation and was referred to the W.O.R.T.H. center on a charge of criminal trespass.

Taylor Bennett, 22, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $330 on charges of forgery and theft.

Steven Dailey, 26, of Rising Sun, was sentenced to two years on probation and was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,764 on a charge of theft.

Gerald Elliott, 56, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on charges of possession of cocaine and carrying a concealed weapon.

Donyale Tyree, 33, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on a charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Jermaine Jones, 27, Lima, was sentenced to 120 days in the county jail and three years of community control on each of two counts of trafficking in heroin, to be served concurrently. His driver’s license was suspended for five years.

Tyler Bishop, 32, of Harrod, was sentenced to 180 days in the county jail and two years on probation on a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence.

Jesse Kindle, 35, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on a charge of breaking and entering. He was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $913.

Mark Wright, 51, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on a charge of felonious assault.
