Francy Majo, 19, of Coldwater, was arrested by Coldwater police and charged with murder in the death of Sandra Renner, 47, at a home at 914 N. Elm Street, Coldwater. He is being held in the Mercer County jail.

According to information provided by the Coldwater Police Department, officers were dispatched at 8:41 a.m. Wednesday to the home in reference to a deceased female. Upon their arrival, police found Renner’s body and determined the woman’s death was likely the result of foul play.
