Beth M. Roe, Ottawa, and Danny L. Roe, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 28, 1990, in Neapolis, and have no children.
Raymond C. Rainer, 34, 822 S. New Jersey Ave., Wellston, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and grand theft. He faces up to 30 months in prison and $7,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 3 p.m. Jan. 22. A jury trial scheduled for Jan. 23 was vacated. Rainer agrees to be jointly and severally liable for restitution in the amount of $810.
Rainer was charged along with Derek L. Leach, 29, of Wellston, who were caught breaking into a Pandora home. They were arrested following the burglary just after 9 p.m. April 20. According to reports of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, a resident caught them in the act and then chased them as they tried to make a getaway. The citizen chased the two men in a vehicle until they crashed and rolled the vehicle onto its side. The two men got out and ran and within hours, with the help of police dogs, the sheriff’s office and officers from multiple agencies were able to capture the men, the sheriff’s office reported.
The unidentified resident caught the two men stealing tools from an outbuilding, the sheriff’s office reported.
Leach was sentenced last October to 18 months in prison for breaking and entering and grand theft.
Chad M. German, 40, 807 E. Second St., Delphos, was remanded to jail pending placement in a qualified treatment center for breaking and entering and theft. He was placed on five years’ community control, must obtain and maintain employment and complete any counseling and treatment. He was also ordered to pay $1,127.24 to Vorst Paving, Ottoville. He was given credit for 17 days served and any additional days of his incarceration prior to his transfer.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions
Katie L. Gonzalez, 26, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. B14, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to criminal damaging/endangering. Sentence: 90 days jail, 45 days suspended, $250 fine and no contact with the victim for one year. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
Michael L. Beckstedt, 43, 10170 Road 5-H, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, suspended, and no contact with victim for two years.
Charles W. Ridenour, Jr., 51, 201 S. High St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, six-month license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.
Cory J. Chamberlin, 26, 1 Main St., West Leipsic, charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.
Shelly R. Matijevich, 55, 425 Tile Company St., Glandorf, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.
Ryan Yant, 31, 3283 E. 11th St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, six-month license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. He also pleaded guilty to dim high lights and was ordered to pay costs. A charge of drug abuse/possession was dismissed.
Brent M. Kistner, 28, 947 N. Defiance St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $375 fine, one-year license suspension, with mental health assessment. He was fined $100 for open container. Charges of driving under suspension and marijuana possession were dismissed.
Cynthia D. Kamin, 69, 716 E. Main St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to wrongful entrustment. Sentence: $250 fine. Another count was dismissed.
Nathan R. Duling, 22, 13079 Road 10 L, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Another count of OVI and a charge of speeding were dismissed.
