Nov. 20

Daniel L. Walker, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Cassandra Walker, Pandora. They were married Oct. 2, 1993 in New Lathrop, Mich., and have one minor child.

Chace D. Keiser, 26, 424 S. Walnut St., Ottawa, was granted early release and remanded for 90 days to the program at Glenbeigh. He was placed on three years’ community control and must obtain a group home and sponsor within 30 days. He must participate in social and recreational activities offered by the program, undergo drug and alcohol use monitoring and must obtain and maintain employment. He was originally convicted of tampering with evidence.

Dominic A. McCrate, 24, 9907 State Route 65, Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days jail for domestic violence. The judge suspended 175 days of the sentence and placed him on probation for two years. He must obtain and maintain employment, use only medications with a valid prescription and successfully complete treatment with Pathways Counseling and follow all recommended treatment recommendations.

Nov. 22

US Bank, Tempe, Ariz., was granted a foreclosure against Patty R. Gilbert, Defiance, and Edward W. Bauer Jr., Defiance, in the amount of $21,812.16, plus interest and costs.

Nov. 24

Dustin M. Kunz, 27, 521 Fort Jennings Road, Delphos, was remanded to the WORTH Center for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include using heroin and methamphetamines. He was placed on five years’ community control jail, must maintain and obtain employment and successfully complete any counseling and treatment recommendations. He was originally convicted of theft.

Nov. 9

Jose E. Garcia, 32, 520 S. Walnut St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension.

Nov. 16

Staci M. Friedrich, 32, 112½ E. Main St., Deshler, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension license forfeiture and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine. She was also fined $50 for right of way/stop sign.

Nov. 20

Ryan J. Hamilton, 30, 13962 Road 22K, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: $250 fine, one-year license suspension, one-year probation. He was fined $50 for failure to control. A charge of ATV on roadway was dismissed.

Nov. 17

Jason B. Horsley, 35, 201 W. Center St., Apt. A, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of domestic violence. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine and no contact with victim for one year.

Nov. 21

Robert F. Briner, Jr., 23, 303 Elm St., Belmore, pleaded guilty to two counts theft. Sentence: 180 days jail on each count, 150 days suspended on each count, sentence to be served concurrent, $100 fine on each count, pay $97.02 to Main Street Party Mart, Ottawa.

John R. Klausing, 60, 16 E. Liberty St., Leipsic, found guilty of drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine.
