Allen County grand jury indictments for November revealed


The following individuals were indicted in November by an Allen County grand jury and entered pleas of not guilty at their arraignment hearings last week:

Antonio McNeal, 22, Lima, was indicted on six counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.

Monteil Alexander, 19, Lima, was indicted on grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Kenyatta Ferguson, 42, Lima, was indicted on a second-degree felony charge of burglary.

William Tracy, 51, Delphos, was indicted on a second-degree felony charge of burglary and a charge of receiving stolen property.

Lance Ward, 25, of Fon du lac, Wisconsin, was indicted with aggravated vehicular homicide, a second-degree felony; and three counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, first degree misdemeanors.

Clark E. Sturgeon III, Lima, was indicted on one count of theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, and theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Allen Rogers, 46, Lima, was indicted on one count of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony.

Sinsinere Dorsey Jr., age unavailable, Lima, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs.

Antonio Wilson, 38, Lima, was indicted on a single count of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs of abuse or a combination of both, a fourth-degree felony.

Marissa Price, 22, Findlay, was indicted on a fifth-degree felony charge of theft from a person in a protected class.

Ohryn Wyche, 17, Lima, was bound over from juvenile court on two counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications, second-degree felonies; and discharge of a firearm on or near a prohibited premise.

Jeremie Fuson, 43, was indicted on two counts of rape, first-degree felonies.

Chad Switzer, 38, Lima, was indicted on two counts of misuse of a credit card, one third- and one fourth-degree felony.

Clay Meister, 27, Lima, was indicted on a charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

Timothy Erb, age unavailable, Lima, was indicted on one count of theft, one count of forgery and one count of theft from a person in a protected class.

Gerald Mortimer, no age listed, Lima, was indicted on a single count of theft.

Hannah Vannett, 21, Delphos, was indicted on three counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.

Paul Durr, 59, Lima, was indicted on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Patrick Hull, age unavailable, was indicted on one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and two counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Jamie Williams Jr., 22, Dayton, was indicted on a first-degree felony charge of aggravated robbery.

Thomas Watkins, 40, Lima, was indicted on charges of burglary and two counts of violating a protection order, all fifth-degree felonies.

Kelly Sprawl, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, was indicted on a charge of assault.

Jeremy Kelly, 35, ODRC, was indicted for illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified government facility, a third-degree felony.

Gregory Horner, age unavailable, ODRC, was indicted on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

James Brown Jr., age and address unavailable, was indicted on two counts of the illegal use of supplemental assistance (WIC).
