LIMA — The Auglaize Township Historical Society is holding a program, “Fort Amanda: A Historical Redress” with David Johnson at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, at Otterbein-Cridersville, 100 Red Oak Drive, Cridersville. The program is free and open to the public.
Johnson will detail his 40 years of research that addresses the history of Fort Amanda. Johnson believes that the fort sat at a different location.
